I just bought one of your ads. I've been lazy about dropping lately too but I think I need to start getting back into it again.
I think I have to drop Entrecard since they're turning it into an ad network. I can't put it above the fold :(
I agree with Keely. I'm thinking that at least 50% of us can't put it above the fold.
